Reporting to the SUD Director, our Clinical Supervisor shall assure the efficient and effective delivery of all clinical Substance Use Disorder services, with concomitant acceptable levels of consumer satisfaction. All services will be provided within a person-centered approach.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 a year

Provide clinical oversight and guidance to agency regarding recovery- based treatment and services
Ensure that the health and wellness needs of customers are addressed and integrated into treatment, via education and coordination with medical care providers.
Supervise Outpatient SUD Services, SUD Case Management Clinicians, Peer/Recovery coaches,
Participate in regularly scheduled supervision sessions with assigned employees
Assure that assigned employees maintain a minimum compliance
Participate in Expanded Management Team
Conduct regular staff meetings
Assure service provision capacity and adherence to Medicaid Provider Manual qualification, program standards, etc.
Interview, complete and on-boarding activities for new hires as necessary, for vacant positions/new positions.
Assure adherence to CMH eligibility criteria and level of care instrument scoring and usage.
Link and coordinate with Access Supervisor, Crisis Team Lead, Mental Health Clinical Director and I/DD Director as necessary to assure appropriate and seamless service provision to individuals and families served.
Maintain licensure/registration as appropriate to profession and job requirement.
Attend and participate in a variety of in-service training to maintain and improve job skills, including all agency-required in-service training.
Adhere to all policies and procedures of CMH, MDHHS, Medicaid, CARF and other regulating bodies as may be applicable
